How to display the error messege when i give and press the PO number in MIGO Transaction?

Did you look (debug or source navigation) at the PAI logic of screen SAPLMIGO/2000 (and navigate thru local class and methods ) to identify available Enhancement or BAdI ?

Hint: Add a break-point at start of FM ME_EKKO_SINGLE_READ.
