Quota arrangement

I am working on quota arrangement when ever i create PO or purchase requisition allocated quantity is not updating any insight please.

Have you checked the "Quota Arrangement Usage Indicator" in the Material Master Purchasing and MRP 1 view. Kindly check the QA Usage indicator in SPRO- MM- Purchasing -QA-Define QA Usage

You can decide which all elements are included in a particular QA Usage Indicator.

Example :

QA Usage 1

PO : INCLUDE

SA Schedule Lines :INCLUDE

Planned Order : DO NOT CONSIDER

Purchase Requisition: DO NOT CONSIDER

This QA Usage indicator, when entered in a material master, will entail that whenever a PO or SA Schedule lines( only manual SA Schedule lines) are created, the allocated quantity in MEQ1 will be updated. Purchase Requisitions & Planned Orders will not be considered for allocated quantity.

Kindly recheck the QA usage indicator in the Material master and see the corresponding settings in SPRO.

Have you checked the PR date is coming under the quota arrangement validity period ?

If possible please share screen shots.
