Yes it is..but it will get the base measurement , for example i have a UOM determination
1PC = 1PC
1BOX=500PC
i will make a PO using DTW and i will make a transaction with a UOM for a quantity of 2 BOX so meaning it will be 2x500=1000PC right? but on my template i dont want to import it as a PC i want it as a BOX so thats why under MeasureUnit column on POR1 i put a BOX measurement on it. but upon importing it occur an error the error is the one i post above.

When you import Purchase order thought DTW than no need to define UOM in Template.
Because system automatically pic the UOM Code from Item Master data of Item Group Field of header level.
If you want to Untmsr in purchase order first update item group in item master. than upload purchase order by DTW.
When you Upload UOM Group than no need to declare untmsr in Purchase Order
