unable to delete a yellow request from DSO

i am unable to delete a yellow request , without a DTP job running in the background.     I checked the status in RSBKREQUEST table , it is in status =4 for technical and user.  Although the status shows as 4 in the table , the request is still showing up in the DSO in Yellow

in the log of the request it is showing as

Preprocessing and Postprocessing

     1) Request status cannot be set to red in its current state

    2) Termination in problem report RSS2_DTP_RNR_SUBSEQ_PROC_SET   in row 79

Hi Ashfaq,

Please try the below steps :

1. Go to SE37

2. Enter RSS2_DTP_RNR_SUBSEQ_PROC_SET and execute( F8)

3.  Pass these valuse:

I _SID - Give your DTP request ID .

     I_TSTATE - Give 4 and execute (F8).

This should be deleting your request from DSO

Thanks

Manasa

Hi Ashfaq,

If you want to remove the request. Try this Function module:

1. Go to SE37. Give - RSSM_DELETE_REQUEST and press F8.

2. it will ask as follows :

REQUEST  -  Give the respective DTPR* that is there in the header tab of the process monitor not                             the request number

INFOCUBE - Give the DSO name (even though it asks for infocube name DSO can be used)

Then  execute or F8

I have tried it myself and saw the request being removed.

I hope it helps you too !

Looking forward for the result at your end .

Thanks

Manasa
