SAP Charm-Error calling TMW_GET_REQUEST_MASS on SM_XXXCLNT300_TMW: TR E806Request/task XXXXXXXXX do

Hi All,

We are getting the below error while changing the status of change document (CD) to successfully tested.

"Error calling TMW_GET_REQUEST_MASS on SM_xxxCLNT300_TMW: TR E806Request/task xxxK917044 do

Not all transports have arrived in the buffer of the productive system

No status change happened. Additional testing required "

Scenario:

The project cycle is deleted and a new one is created. All transports created under the old project cycle got decoupled from old task list and then assigned to the new project cycle.under the new task list.

Now, the CD has transport which was created under old task list (was assigned to new task list) but was empty and deleted from system. However, it couldn't be deleted from the CD and showing the status as 'CTS project Changed'. The other transports having objects are released and moved to QAS without any issue.

Can someone please help in resolving this issue.

Please check and implement the latest version of the following note:

2103386 - ChaRM: incomplete text log for action CLEAR_EMPTY

Also check:

1922108 - ChaRM: deleted empty transport still displayed in normal change's

transport management assignment block

2009859 - ChaRM: deleted transport request still exists in ChaRM table
