Brokerage Management

Hi to all,

Any one have any idea to configure Brokerage Management in SAP Real Estate Sales.

Client have Z Development for real estate company.

Brokerage charge have to release on %age basis, if company receive 50%age amount from the customer then 20% brokerage will be release.

Hello Amit,

You can use REFX as well to incorporate this functionality.

Configure a Vendor Contract with Brokerage condition.
Create a Vendor contract of this type and assign Rental object of Customer contract as an informational object.

Insert statistical condition with total Brokerage percentage derived from the source condition in Rental object according to the area.

Insert one time posting conditions with different percentage rates and due dates deriving percentage from the statistical contract condition.

Thanks Sid,

But but there are no REFX, Only Real Estate Sales, because all projects based on residential sales not for commercial sale. that's why company using only Real Estate Sales with Sales & Distribution Module.

I've tried to solve this with Rebate & Commission based but not able to full fill client requirement.

Do you have any document related to REFX Config please share with me, that will be highly appreciable and lot of thanks for need full help.
