We are planning to use the Business Objects BI Inbox (via Webi) functionality to publish reports to users in the BI Inbox (not via Outlook).
The issue is that the report needs to be sent to different departments with their department data alone. We have a list of users and their respective departments. These users need to be maintained as a group in BI Inbox so that we can just choose the department's group to publish the report.
This BI Inbox's group seems that it has to be maintained manually. Is there a method by which we can have a table that will daily modify the group's users based on changes?
We use BOBJ 4.1 SP2. We use BICS to connect to SAP BW BEx queries.
