How to activate services to ESS menu from webdynpro abape

Hi SAP Gurus, may be I´m asking stupid question, but I need to know.

I want to activate standar services “create leave request”, “Leave overview” and “public hollidays” from webdynpro abap, in ESS menu, when i select any link the services not work and doesn´t show some error, I don´t know how to activate this services. Could someone help me?
