No GL View Found for certain accounting documents??

Hello all,

I am not able to see GL view field for certain documents in FB03. They are documents belonging to a certain document type with forgein currency. The documents are updating the Classic GL tables (BKPF&BSEG) but not the New GL table (FAGLFLEXA).Pls suggest what might be the cause??

Hello,

TCd. FB03

enter doc number, company code, year and ledger press enter, then you shall find GL view.

Table FAGLFLEXA will be read.

these documents are migrated to New GL?

If yes there has to be an entry in FAGLFLEXA table.

Hi Pranesh,

Could you display some screenshots about this error? If you have any doubt, check this document in the FAGL_SPLINFO_VAL table. this tabel shows documents that the document splitting does.

It is possible that the documents was created before the New-GL be active, but also check in the GLT0 that is total table for old GL.
