Configurations of Alerts in CRM 7.0
This question is in reference to Alert Configuration Document.
This is really a very good Document. It helped me in configuring Alerts.
However I am struck at one point.
We have Configured Alert Classification, Category & also created container element with the Business Transaction Cat & Transaction ID (Object_Type & Object_ID). Maintained Long Text & Short Texts.
Maintained "SAP_BC_ALM_ALERT_USER" in Authorization Subscription also. Also have Setting up Method call "Trigger_Alert". Implemented OSS note: 821188.
Have also configured actions.
But I am not able to View any actions/subscriptions/category in 'Subscription of the Alert Category' in Web-UI (under Worklist -> Personalize Alert).
I have done all the configurations as mentioned in the document.
Can you please suggest what might go wrong?
