No Customizing settings for ongoing requests for employee

Dear ESS Experts,

While applying Leave through ESS , I am getting below error-

Same application is working fine for most of the employees so I don't think any config missing from R/3.

maybe your employee 69 is assigned to an employee subgrouping or personnel subgrouping that is not customized. It has to be something like that I think. Check transaction PTARQ => determine rule grouping for that employee

Exactly Emp 69 belongs to a different Rule Grouping meant for Executive maintained in WEBMO Feature. PTARQ t-code determined the same.
