I install XI3.1SP7 in "Windows Server 2012 R2".
Is Sybase SQL Anywhere where a bundle is done available by the OS?

Sybase SQLAnywhere is the default / bundled database which comes with SAP BusinessObjects Xi 3.1 SP7.
You can find the same in the PAM guide at the below link (point (2) on page 9😞
