Dear Friends,
A person is hired from 01/04/2015 , however system allows to maintain IT105 from 1st Jan 2015 i.e. before DOJ of the employee. Is this standard SAP system behavior or any mistake we did?

It 0105 will allow to create a record before the Employee DOJ also. if you want to avoid this check this thread -
