NC_CHART activity gives error on first start

We have set up FailureHistoryExtract on SAP ME (6.0.4.22).

When starting activity NC_CHART in pod we have two issues:

1. After computer restart system displays in popup always same error (attachment1.gif)

2. chart data seems like stays in cache and shows same data on some occasions.
