BW IO transport

Hi,

We are transporting BW IO object ( inventory custom cube & Custom DSO ) from DEv system to Qty ...

Env : BW 7.4 - Data Base - HANA

I am collecting all the necessary IO ( including CHAR, Cumulative / NON cumulative KF ) in a single request and transporting to Qty.

some time transport failed with below message:

1. Error R7 245 during after import handling of objects with type(s) IOBJ

Message no. RSO857

2. InfoObject 0KF does not exist in version A ( even though its active include all dependent object also in Dev )

Message no. R7245

3. Errors occurred during post-handling RS_AFTER_IMPORT for IOBJ L

Message no. PU133

So I have collected only few IO & transported to QTY.

I could see couple of info object are showing revised version in QTY.

Example:

Char - 0MATERIAL
Version - Revised
object status - Active, Executable

I have transported separately CHAR ,Non cumulative & cumulative key figure which completed successfully,

Hi,

Goto RSA1 do some changes in description, save and activate once again and collect in TR.

Re check the objects in RSA1 Transport connect and transport in SE09.

Hi Sk,

When you are transporting for the First time...you are bound to get Errors.

Check for Errors and Inactive Objects/Trans and move them again to QA.

ALso maintain the Sequence when moving to PRD.

I m trnsporting only info object couple of times but failed.

Hi,

if you are moving the only info obejcts

first move the info area, info object catlog and char and key figures.

please share the errors screen shot facing the problem.

I collected those IO in several request  & able to transport into Qty.

Hi,

can you send the error screen shot.

go to the SE09 - > give the user name -> check the transport request -> then select the request -> click on the truck symbol -> if you got the error please check the log view.

Error R7 245 during after import handling of objects with type(s) IOBJ

Message no. RSO857

Diagnosis

When handling objects with type(s) IOBJ, a error message (R7 245) was not caught. The error message can be found next to this message in the log.

This message was caused by a program error. The error occured in module RS_IOBJ_AFTER_IMPORT.

System Response

The objects of type(s) IOBJ could not be activated correctly.

Procedure

In the SAP Support Portal, look for notes with the error message R7 245 and key words

After Import Handling

RS_IOBJ_AFTER_IMPORT

IOBJ

Create a customer message if you are unable to find a suitable note for the error.

Hi,

if you transport failed in the system we nee to test in the STMS screen.

or check the in SE09

1.  go the the SE09  -> give the user name -> select released -> select display -> again select wich request failed -> select the job log form the toll bar -> Ended with errors (8) of   (4) Ended with Warning click on the there. then we need to find the errors.

Hi,

i think all objects not in the active status please check the all objects.

first collec the info obejcts and keyfigures.

after collect the cube and DSO along with the transformation and DTP's.

go to the transport connectin -> select the only necessary objects -> drag the all required objects -> change the custome pacakge -> ex - ZBW PACKAGE -> click on the truck symbol.

then release to QAS after test it the objects.

All IO are active in Dev system

I m collecting only info object in a single request from transport connection - only necessary obj

same method I was doing, but getting the  error.
