Opportunity Follow up document not getting created from C4C to ECC

Hi,

We are trying to create an ERP Sales Quote from Opportunity in C4C.

Steps:

1) Go to Sales Work Center --> Opportunity --> Click on New

2) Enter Document Type as Domestic Enquiry and fill all other fields --> Click on Save and Open.

3) Add the Product in Products tab and click on save.

4) In Actions tab --> Click on Create ERP Sales Quote .

5) A message comes "Action Triggered Successfully", but we are getting a failed message in HCI.

6) Also In Application and User Management -->Web Service Monitoring --> We are getting two messages, one is successful and the other with System Error.(Please refer the word document attached).

Hello Snigdha,

Kindly provide the following information to analyze your issue:

1. The complete Error log from WebService Message monitor (The screen shot you attached has the error message truncated).

2. Log from HCI monitor.

3. Also, let us know if there is an incoming IDOC generated on your ECC system.
