Close Request for Push Infopackage Not Working

Dear Experts,

After upgradation of our APO Dev system to EHP3 - we were testing existing objects.

Here we are noticing issue that while running one process chain - Data is getting extracted succesfully to PSA (records are present) - however requests are still in Yellow status. After the extraction, we have close rquest step added in process chain but that seems to be not working. In the log it gives error as  - Error in data: INFOPACKAGE without any more description.

Please note we have not made any changes to process chain and same steps are working fine in production.

Please suggest what is missing here because of which request are not turning to Green in PSA and subsequently it is not getting loaded to the target cube by DTP.

Adding the screenshot from RDA Monitor -

Here 17k records have been loaded in PSA but request is still yellow and its not getting loaded to Infocube.
