Hi Karthik,

First you need to create the Approval Procedures.

Goto IMG Path:

SAP Solution Manager > Capabilities (optional) > Change Management > Standard Configuration > Transaction Types > Approval Settings > Define Approval Settings

Create the AP ZAPZMCR01 and ZAPZMCR02.

Also define the Approver steps like ZAS_Approval01 - Requisites Reviewd by Requester; ZAS_Approval02 - Feseability reviewed by Software Factory, ....

After this, assign the approver step for aech Approval procedure.

ZAPZMCR01 have ZAS_Approval01 and ZAS_Approval02

ZAPZMCR02 have ZAS_Approval01.

Now assign the Approval Procedure in the Transaction type ZMCR

SAP Solution Manager > Capabilities (optional) > Change Management > Standard Configuration > Transaction Types > Approval Settings > Assign Approval Determination Procedures to Transaction Types

Just put the AP Procedure and will be selected.

Now create a rule that will define the partner function for each approval step. Use SM_CRM tcode to access the Rule Modeller as I said in the last post...

In the SOLMANPRO Role, choose the entry “Service Operations” à “Rules Policies” and search for rule policies of Context “Approval Management”.

Make a copy from AI_CRM_CR_RFC_STP and make the adjustments (I just attached this picture from the standard Rule, but make your copy).

As you can see we can define the business partner function and the BP ID.

Last, assign the rule.

SAP Solution Manager > Capabilities (optional) > Change Management > Standard Configuration > Transaction Types > Approval Settings > Define Service Manager Profiles

Following the standard, the Service Mgt Profile AI_CM_AP_STEP calls the policy AI_CM_CR_RFC_STE (just check on the folder Properties. Make the custom entries in this customizing as your need.

Try once again and let me know if you solve your issue.

Best Regards, Issac
