QGM Project - Incorrect Transport Entry in Risk Tab

Hi Experts,

We are facing a strange issue while we are trying to close a QGM project. We create 1 QGM project for all Minor/Maintenance releases of the Year and each such release is created as 1 change under QGM project.

While setting status to "Completesd" for one such change, We get a message "Unable to finish change 8000002015(This is change #) due to non-imported transport requests".

When we checked under transport tabs, all transports are released and successfully imported in production (Which is targeted system) successfully. Then we checked Risks Tab and we found 1 transport which shows in both "Missing Transports" and "Missing Synchronization" risk types. We jhave also checked transport log of this transport and it shows transport move to all systems (Including production) successfully.

We can't find any option to overwrite / resolve this Risks so that we can complete change and close QGM project. Can you please let me know:-

1. Is there any way of resolving / overwriting risks of Risk Types " "Missing Transports" and "Missing Synchronization" for QGM project? If Yes, then please provide required detail.

2. If there is no application way to overqrite / resolve risks of aforementioend risk types then can you let us know technical objects (Table Name) of Risks tab where these entries are stored? Have someone created a custom program to remmove these entries from Tables directly?

Note:- Reimporting this transport to production is not an option as this is an old transport and there had been various other transports to production on same object.

Thanks for for your valuable input in advnace.

Hi,

We more or less face the same problem, and it seems to be very little information available about this topic.

We have raised a ticket to SAP about this issue.
