does third party print possible in personas?

What do you mean by "third party print"?

You certainly can print from Personas - see this discussion , which is the first hit when you search SCN for "printing from personas"

Hi Steve,

We are using a third party print program called Prometheus print manager for printing documents in SAP.

So when ever we print a document it displays the document in pdf in pop up and from there we can print it.

But when we print using personas. After clicking on print instead of pop up with pdf document a html page is getting downloaded.

What can we do to solve this !!

Iam using version 2 of personas

I'm not familiar with that print manager. Does it work in webgui?

It worked in SAP GUI.
