Hi! And Happy New Year!

Please describe the actual scenario of the lifecycle of Inv IDs is your case: how and where Inv IDs are created, how they are processed, how you return Inv IDs to ERP and how they are transferred.

Hello Serigy:

Initially, the inventory ID are received ,created and stored in ERP system .

The ID are created in sap ME when transfered from ERP that generates an IDOC (type Invcon) , and transformed by MEINT

to return an ID from ME, we use "maintain floor stock" activity which activates the ERP collaboration .

Thank you

Houssem,

Archiving processes only Inv IDs which qty = 0.

If qty = 0, what do you actully return to ERP? Per the procedure of Floor Stock Return, you should set qty of Inv ID to zero, however, it is zero already. So, which difference in qty ar eyou going to return to ERP?

As per SAP Note 2027446 (applicable to ME 6.1.4 and higher), you should un-archive at least one parent SFC to trigger un-archiving of the assembled Inv ID. But this does not allow you to return zero qty of Inv ID to ERP.

Sergiy:

I give you the process in order time :

1- first transfer stock form ERP to ME

2- partial consumption of quantity

3- Return ID by setting stock on hand to zero

4- archiving batch

5- second  transfer stock form ERP to ME.

Then you should un-archive Inv ID in the way as I wrote above.
