BRM - How to modify role attribute application type

Dear Experts, 

while defining the technical role in BRM GRC 10.0 the mandatory Field application type drop down list showing many unrelated systems to my organization like  JDEdwards, where its confusing the business my question is there any way to reduce this list to the related SAP systems in my organization and removing unrelated? I found this table can be maintain to reduce the list GRACV_APPLTYPE but I am getting a warning that do not make any changes SAP DATA

Did anyone have similar issue please let me know how you resolve it ?

Hi Mujtaba,

You will be shown this as a Warning Message. You can just say OK and proceed and then you can see all application type entries in GRACV_APPLTYPE and you can remove them and can save changes to transport request.
