Automatically generate a line item

Hi,

I am using SAP Business One version 9.1 PL 2. I wanted to make a certain cost center appear automatically in sales documents instead of the user doing the input. Furthermore I would also like the line item to be grayed out to prevent editing.

I have been able to do this:

1.Go to Chart of Accounts

2.Select the active account for which you want the cost centre to be tagged automatically during transactions.

3.The account should have been enabled for cost accounting.

4. Tick on the dimesnsion

5. On the right-hand side of the dimension, click on the field and choose the cost centre from the list of cost centres in the system

Every time you transact with this active account. Postings will be tagged to the specific cost centre.
