ITSM Support Level Determination not Working
Am setting up ITSM in solution manager 7.1 SP7, I have created the organizational model and assigned the respective roles for them.
Criteria is to choose the Support level 1 based on the ticket component of satellite system.
I have created Rule using BRFPlus and simutated the rule with the given component, It shows the support team BP correctly. When I test by creating the Incident ticket its not working, kindly help me out to sort out this issue.
I have activated the FDT rule in Action profile as well.
