Wrong Delivery Date on Stock Status

Dear experts,

Firstly, a Happy New Year to you all.

Need your kind help in resolving a confusion.

The delivery date on a Production Order differs from the delivery date on the Stock Status pop up on Item Master Window, of a BoM item on that production order. This is giving wrong information to the production planner and creating a confusion.

How is it possible to have two delivery dates for the same production order?

I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

Tested in 8.82 PL04, due date is correctly updated under stock status window.

As per SAP help file, due date is delivery date in stock status. Create same production order in test DB and check stock status date.

Hi Naga,

This SAP note nails the problem. Thanks for sharing it.

Lead time for the parent item = 105. The number holidays up to product delivery date = 4.

27/03/2015 - 105 - 4 = 08/12/2014, which is the due date in the stock status.
