Hi workflow experts,

I am unable to open my sap inbox getting short dump because of large number of workitems(workflows) in inbox. Czn any one tell me the solution for this.

short dump message: you attempted to extend an internal table,but the required space was not available.

Is this a Test / Development system?

If these workflows were generated by accident or aren't needed any more, you can logically delete them:

You can view the workitems via transaction SWIA.

Hi Paul,

I am new to workflow concepts and learning from Google, Really I don't know what I asked is a basic question but only I know through this forum a right person can guide correctly.And I need much more help from you.

Can you tell me in detail the difference in Header level approval and Item level approvals in workflows and how to  process Item level approvals with supporting documents.
