BI Content issue for SPP with datatype 3.X

hi all

we have two  system for SCM with different versions for the BI content installed.

System A : BI_CONTENT - Release 757 - Sp Level 0001  - system version 7.0

System B : Bi_CONTENT - Release 747 - SP level 0008 - system version

In the system B , we are able to select the  below SPP BI relevant contents from the source system - File 

whereas in the system A  which is in higher version , only one data type relevant to SPP is available from the source system - FIle

we want to know how to get the datatype 3.X contents related to SPP in higher version system which is system B.

is their any configuration needed to get the SPP datatypes in System B or it should be available automatically from the BI content installation ?

Any ideas is highly appreciated.
