Commitment region wise

Hi All,

I have an issue , one of our users want to check all the commitments region wise , as they have thr offices in different regions ,

I am aware of the reports like s_alr_87013537

for commitment and also standard report cji5

Please your inputs will be appreciated .

Can commitment reports be checked region wise ?

You need a region as a master data characteristic if possible.

How your client has defined the region? Is it a business area,plant,cost center or any other or organizational unit? Is this unit being entered in any of the master data in PR?

Or is there any reference field in project or PR master data that corresponds to that region?

It would be easier if it is defined inside PR to track it.

Hi Vineeth

It will depend upon how you have defined your Region in SAP? Are these different Plants in different region under one company code?

Or Different regions are Company Codes in itself or Different Controlling area altogether? Or is it a Custom field?

If it is a standard field normal CJI5 can help  you filter on Company Code or Plant. And if it is a Custom field then also you can use CJI5 and dynamic selection to filter the data.
