If you use se16n to look at table T001P, you will notice that there are many different types of Personnel Sub-Area Groupings used.

One is for Attendance/Absences (IT2002/IT2001), one for Substitution (IT2003), one for Pay Scale Type, one is for Holiday Calender ID, etc...

When you look at a Table View (V_001P_x), you see only the part of the table that is pertinent for the element you are working with, and a new grouping should be created each time that a Personnel Area/Personnel Sub-Area combination have a different requirement than other such combinations.

Table V_001P_D for Absence types grouping i.e it is for 2001 absence types

Table V_001P_I for absence quota types i.e it is for 2006 Absence quotas

Absence quotas are used show the quota accrual details where Absence types are used to show the availed leaves and Quota and absence type can be connected through counting rule and deduction rules.
