Hi,

User has requirement that while doing UD " Hold or Temp. Reject option to be created with below REMARKS

    * Seggregation,    * Rework , Hold or Temp rejected lots shall be sent to stores location.(1 more location to be created under stores).

Is this possible ?

Hi Vivek,

I am not sure form your requirement details like what you are trying to achieve here. Please can you confirm if you are trying to create a new storage location? or trying to capture the TEXT only (Ex: * Segregation, * Rework, Hold or Temp rejected lots shall be sent to stores location) against all the UD code, or only for Rejected UD code?

Well, you can try the below option for adding the comments during UD as shown below -

Or, you can add the tick the check box for 'Documentation Required' (MARC-KZDKZ) so that during inspection lot creation this value will be passed into the inspection lot header table (QALS-STAT19). When this field is active then any change of UD will be captured through documentation.
