Dear All,
We are facing issue in our solution manager ,recently we have configured system monitoring in our solman system ,we are getting below issue in sm21
Database error 10060 at CON
Because of this every 1 or 2 min one email is generating, I have searched in the logs also but unable to find any solution how to stop this error in sm21 we are using mssql server database .
Alert description
IA 000 001 user BY 2 Database error 10060 at CON
09004 Dialog work process No. 000 user 1 SAPMSSY1 K SAP Web AS Problem SBAC
Documentation for system log message BY 2 :
After the attempt to call a database operation, the database system has
returned the error code specified in the message, which indicates that
the operation concerned could not be executed successfully.
Technical details
936 640 h Database Error (Non-SQL) BY 2 10060 CON
Please guide and suggest how to resolve the issue .

What is your current SAP system version,SP, DB & kernel levels? Is it on IBM i system?

Database error 10060 at CON
This issue seems with the network as well related to firewall active if any on the system,Kindly check with SAP Note 1782867
Also please share dev_w0 log file for analysis.

Try to see work process trace for Dialog work process.. you may get more details/Hint for this Error.
