LOGON Failed :Logon performed in system ERP. No logon data provided.

Hi Gurus,

Please help me on this issue.I am clueless on where i went wrong.

I started newly in SAP GW,I created a demo project and generated a URI. However when i try the URI in a browser,then I am prompted for credentials.

However,I see that the URI generated by my senior team members DIDN'T ask for  credentials?

When I cancel the prompt ,I get following error

Logon performed in system ERP. No logon data provided.

Please throw some light on this.

If a URL is not asking for credentials, I believe they might have had coded the credentials in SICF node. It doesn't mean that it will not ask you for credential for your URL. The error message you are getting is self explanatory(Logon performed in system ERP. No logon data provided) .

You are absolutely right,in SICF--LOGON tab.they set their UID and PWD

I also did the same and now it works
