UAN Number is not display in PE51 Payslip

As per SAP note for UAN in SAP . I did all the configuration as per Note and also try to map same in payslip through pe51 .

But still the UAN is not display if both PAN and UAN number in 0185 infotype then only PAN is display in Both place . If only UAN in PA0185 then nothing is display . its urgent .

Please suggest

Hi,

As Satish said, if you are unable to find TUAN table and respective fields, please check on below solution.

Go to PE51_CHECKTAB > add Table P0185 and Field ICNUM with desired character length.

Now go to PE51 > create one rule to display UAN on payslip as per attached image

Now call this rule in single field to UAN no

It's not working in the current system. Since payslip is triggering PAN no for bothe case PAN no & UAN no.

Thanks for your concern in it,

As I have created two rules for PAN no and UAN no to display in payslip, it is working perfectly okay.

Client's requirement is to show both in payslip.

Please check this rule.

As per the requirement, one can create rule.

Can you tell what's the screen nubver details for the UAN no in IT185.

Hi, Sankarsan,

Screen is 2000 and it is also maintained in P0185 feature with subtype 08 (UAN) or give return value to otherwise in subtype.

hi,

if you are able to save UAN number in IT0185 with subtype 08 then it will be very easy to display on payslip via PE51.

please check that UAN number for whom you have store in IT0185, is diplaying in PA0185 table for that PERNR?

if yes, then it will definitely work.

It's showing in the Table PA0185 for that PERNR in the master record as well as at the time of payroll run.

Is table P0185 and field ICNUM added in PE51_checktab?

please check attached image. now i am also surprising, why it is not displayed. let's find out, as we didn't develop any custom or Z programming.

Please go to T.code: PE51_CHECKTAB  details related to UAN details reflected by snote or not. If not reflected please maintain manually (field tab) as per given screenshot, and try it it will come.
