copying Roles & Profiles

HI Gurus,

I am trying to create new users for Testing Purpose & copying them from a Reference User, But when I do a copy and check in Role& Authorization Tab, I can see only One Role been assigned from that Reference User to this newly  created User, although there are about 29 Roles that are assigned to this Reference User. Any idea why this may be happening. I am working on Ehp 7 box and my log in credentials are that of a Super User.

This should not be the case. When you create a user by copying a Reference user, all Roles should get copied.

- Please check, if the other 28 Roles which didn't came to new user are Already Expired and not in validity period for Reference user itself.

- Also Run user master comparison for all roles for reference user and then start copy.

i agreed with ashish, better you copy all other from PFCG.
