BPC 7.5 - How to display only the member names in the rows of an EVDRE report

Hi BPC Community,

Re: OLS BPC 7.5 Microsoft

In a typical EVDRE report, in Excel, is there a way to display only the member names in the rows? Currently it’s displaying the member descriptions.

Thank you! Barry

Hi Sushant,

Yes. I have selected View Member By = ID Only. As you can see in the below report, the member descriptions are displayed. What I'd like to see are the member names.

Thanks for the reply. Barry

Hi Barry,

if you want only the ID values in a report just correct the pagekeyrange and delete the columns with evdes.

Hi Barry,

Sorry for late reply.

Excel in 7.5 is quite flexible you can delete or insert column very easily just you need to change the ranges in the EVDRE parameters, You want to show only Id's in report then you can simply hide the descriptions from your report using simple excel logic.

                                                            OR

you can change the range and delete the column that contains the description of members as suggested by "Roberto".

Sushant.
