Hi
if employee has taken less than 10 days of leave, then mandatory 10 days will get lapsed.
example ; if employee quota is 20 days and he has taken 2 days of quota then 10 days will get deducted in his quota. therefore 20-10 days = 10 days.
every year beginning they will get quota of 20 days on Jan 1st.In the above example employee will have remaining 10+20 days of the current year =30 days.
can any one suggest the pcr to lapse the 10 days of leave if leave taken is less than 10 days. we are using positive time management and negative time management both.
Regards
Sai
Use below logic it helps you to resolve the issue.
HRS=FCXXC Assume employee has taken 2 days
HRS?10
<
HRS-10 (-8)
ADDDBXXXX
*
HRS=XXXX
HRS?0
<
HRS=FR20C
HRS-XXXX Remaining is 18 since 18-8 = 10
ADDDBYYYY Carryforward time type
I have taken a normal case where we have to query this at the end of the year just write it place and place it in schema any issues let us know we will think of it.

Hi Sai,
Please explain your requirement clearly. It doesn't make any sense , if a person has taken 5 leaves then how will you deduct 10 days from his quota.
Please elaborate it more

This reuirement doesn't make much sense
So a person gets 20 days Quota on Jan 1st.
For taking care of sick child, he takes 1 day leave on Jan 5th, because that is all he wanted to take - You are saying the system should deduct 11 days from his quota?

Hi Sai,
If employee takes 2days quota then system should deduct 10days quota? If employee takes 3days quota then what would be deduction?
Example is providing correct picture. Please give in proper way.
