Hi Hitul,

  • Please  restarted " Sap Business One SLD Services in Services" in services.
  • And started SAP B1 Service manager --> License Manager --> Configuration security--> after click it will open the Landscape Directory web page --> provide B1siteuser ID and Password.
  • Open the web page and select the server and data base.

Hi!

I got also same problem here. But what i've done is about the IP address IP should be static meaning please see below:

SAP client IP 1: 192.168.1.156 - SAP working ok

SAP Client IP 2: 192.168.1.155 - SAP working OK

SAP Client IP 3: 192.168.2.15 - SAP not working upon log in.

IP should be the same for 168.1

Hope this help.

Thank You!

Hi Hitul,

1) Check your Server is accessible to client (ping the Ip)

2)

Go to SQL Server Configuration Manager , under Network configuration verify TCP/IP is enabled or not.

If not, enable TCP/IP and make all the port as 1433. restart the SQL Server Service.

3) Check the "b1-local-machine"(in DI API also) is referring to Server, I mean Ip adress or Server name.

4) Check you Server firewall , if it is on then turn off.
