Not able to create New Transformation file in BPC

I am getting error in BPC 10.0 when creating new transformation file from the EPM tab in Excel.

When i click on create New transformation then some garbage value appear on the Excel cells. Problem with Authorization is not the case as i have checked all the authorizations in BI and BPC.

Hello Nidheesh,

Can you check in UJFS Tcode whether you have file named newconversiontable.xlt and newtransformation.xlt in \ROOT\WEBFOLDERS\ADMINTEMPLATES.

Also can you check the Language settings of yours in Excel Option

I have checked UJFS the same files are present in the system.

And i have checked the primary editing language of Excel is also set to English.

Hello Nidheesh,

I think problem is with the current Environment you are using. As you said Default ENVIRONMENT SHELL is deleted, try to reactivate Default ENVIRONMENT SHELL by using Sap Notes 1632106 if possible and then copy the Default Environment shell.

Yes i have checked in another environment also...still showing garbage characters.

I have copied the Environment from another created environment because our environment shell is deleted.
