Hello I don´t know if this will help you.
We´ve got a SolMan 4.0 and can send emails. In our table TWPURLSVR there are no entries.
Have you configured an SMTP node in tranbsaction SCOT ?
Normaly the prot for a SMPT Server is 25.
Hope this answers will help

TWPURLSVR comes into play if you send from the expert mode of an issue and email. It then builds a URL directly to that issue and embeds it in the email.
When the persons receives it and clicks on it the system has used this table entry to attach and direct the user thru the ITS server service and force a login to solution manager
to make this work you will need to turn on the service in sicf for its and use the integrated ITS see note 1009270 for those steps
For the table TWPURLSVR you need the logical name of the server (solution manager) from SCC4, under webserver the fully qualified host name including the ABAP port(sapsmgr01.tdsb.org:8000), then in the WEB PRTCL HTTP or HTTPS, then in the WEB PATH "INTEGR_ITS" which then tells the path selection tied to the internet transaction server (ITS)
hope this helps

Hi
I just had this very same problem of Internal error: SO_OBJECT_MIME_GET Exception: 2 and solved it by entering the DOMAIN.
You set the domain in STOC - Settings - Default Domain.
Hope this helps
