can you please specify what you are looking. Maybe you should specify, what is your role in SAP ByDesign (end user/ consultant?).

A good starting point is to start on the official SAP help page: SAP Business ByDesign – SAP Help Portal Page. Other starting point might be the document: http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-7820 which has the same name.

Hi Marlene,

Really appreciate your kind reply. I have joined recently as a trainee financial consultant and everyday I do  demo practice and try to solve the incidents. As a trainee I believe there should be some kind of steps to follow.process to follow which will help me in understanding SAP by design more naturally . I will go through the link you have mentioned here. Once again thanks a lot for your kind help.
