Thank you Shrikant

The custom format type you suggested help!

Giving me 2,500.00 for 250000000, now trying to remove that last zero so that it look as 2,500.0

Hi Shrikant

what I want to display in report is

100000       as 1.0

1000000     as 10.0

10000000   as 100.0

100000000 as 1000.0

and so forth..

The format type you suggested works only for the last one.

hope you understand my requiremnet 🙂

Hi, VSM,

Best way to achieve is as suggested previously use   EPMScalData function

Hi Shrikant,

have read few link ,

what i feel is that i should use the custom format type only (from formatting sheet) as i have to achieve this in all my reports and input forms. Also my reports and input forms have local members that cant be scaled using epmscaledata function.

more reply would be appreciated.

Hi VSM

Alternative Option is to insert a column/row in your report and using EPMCOPY range function, divide the figures in 000 based on your desired results.

Hi VSM,

This is how you can do it -

1. In formatting sheet, type below in custom formatting-

0.0######,,,Ctrl+J%%

Ctrl + J should be pressed after entering three commas and then it should be followed by two %%

2. Use "wrap text" on the same cell in the formatting sheet.

Refresh report and the cells on which this formatting is applied using formatting sheet should display 2500.0 for 250000000

Regards,

Ashish
