Hi Ami,

please go through the SAp note:

1805505 - Portal Runtime Exception while running Browse Deployment

as a workaround...

In order to load the 'Browse deployment', instead of using the portal path:

System Administration -> Support -> Portal Runtime -> Browse Deployment,

Use the following direct link:

http://<XXXXX>:<port#>/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prteventname/nav/prteventdata/root!3d!255c/prtroot/com.sap.portal.support.browse.default

For example:

http://iltlvh630.tlv.sap.corp:50000/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prteventname/nav/prteventdata/root!3d!255...

Hi Ami,

What SP and version are you at ?

Try accessing directly the browse deployment through the url:

../irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.support.browse.default

This should be done with super admin role.

Hi Ami,

Are two servers on same release/SP/patch?

If so, you can try to copy the .par.bak file, remove the .bak extension (into .par), and restart the server.

After this check if it goes into .par.bak or .par.err.

Hi Amy,

You can try exporting the iView from another server and then import it to your system.
