Travel Approval in MSS

Hi all,

I am working on ESS/MSS for a customer. Here they are having 1 level of Approval only. But in certain cases when the manager is not sure to approve/reject. He need to forward it to some other managers.

How can we do it ?

Can I use Travel Approval Work Center or do I need workflow ?

Please suggest.

As per my experience, setting up a workflow would be more suitable option.

We are using ESS/MSS in NWBC. if we are using workflow , the workitem will come to managers inbox.

He can just see a popup with few information of travel request and he can approve our reject. He can't even write the reason for rejection or he cannot see the travel form.

What can I do for that.??
