Deletion of product assignment to BOD is not possible

Hi All,

I am trying to delete product assignment to BOD, but it not getting deleted and giving error-" Deletion of assignment not possible, valid from date is in the past." Message no. /SAPAPO/BOD028. I want to delete some assignments. Please help.

Hello Stellium,

Are trying to delete an assignment of Product to BOD which has the valid from date in the past in /SAPAPO/PROD2BODDISP?

First change the validity and then try to delete it.

You can change product assignment  /SAPAPO/PROD2BOD_M

Hi Rupesh,

Thanks for your reply. I am using below path to delete assignment.

SAP Menu --> Advanced Planning & Optimization ---> Master Data ----> Application-Specific Master Data ----> Service Parts Planning ----> Bill of Distribution -----> Maintain and display bill of distribution.

As I am new to SPP, can you please tell me how to change validity?

Below that there is /SAPAPO/PROD2BOD_M - Assignment of Products to BOD to future date or current date.
