Client copy (000 -> 100) getting cancelled with run time error DBIF_PGNT_SQL_ERROR( Category - Resource Shortage)

Hello and Good Day,

While copying client from 000 to 100 the background job is getting cancelled with run time error DBIF_PGNT_SQL_ERROR( Category - Resource Shortage). In the client copy log it is mentioned as DDIC error.

1. Have you tried full restarting the SAP system & DB?

2. Could you refer the SCN link with same issue
