Hi,

Below note will provide you details how you can collect the RSTT trace.

899572 - Trace tool: Analyzing BEx, OLAP and planning processes

RSTT trace is used to capture the performance issue mostly useful for web runtime performance analysis.

When you activate the trace in RSTT transaction as per above note and collect the trace.

When you then display the trace , it will show you the area where the error is coming or if checking for performance where the maximum runtime is used.

When you double click where the time is spent, it will directly take you inside that code where you then get see what is responsible for the cause.
