"Update was terminated" message when held PO changed

Hi all,

Whenever any held PO is changed a message is received as "Update was terminated". Please help understand the reason for the same and how the same can be avoided.

Dear Anand,

Kindly goto ST22 transaction and select the day when it got terminated, after that select source code extract in left list and find the error line with where the symbol >>>>>>> available.

Then try to resolve or tell your ABAPer to check the same.

The terminated program is SAPLEINU

Can you help more with this program name please?

Dear Anand,

It is not possible to tell the error message by looking SAPLEINU program and you only can know the error by the following way.

1. Kindly goto ST22 transaction.

2. Press Today (If the error occur today)

3. Select Source Code Extract.

4. Check the program line where the following symbol available >>>>>>>.

5. Find the error root cause else get the help from ABAPers.
