Proxy message not reached to PI through BGRFC - Successful in SAP

Hi All,

I am facing the issue with WS RM connectivity. All the async messages are not reached to PI from SAP CRM, but all sync communication is working fine. I can see the queue lock error in SBGRFCMON in PI but could not found how to resolve the issue.

I checked the SAP note 1043195 - Configuration of the Web service runtime, but did not found any resolution.

did any one face this issue?

Did you find any workaround to delete those locks automatically? I am also getting same error. But I have configured web services locally in ERP.

Hi Sasi,

The locks are removed one the error in SAP PI SRT_MONI is resolved by reprocessing the first failed message.

And after restarting the SAP PI server we are not getting any more errors.
