VL71 export file

Hello,

I am currently working in transaction VL71:

I have entered all the requirements to create a table with the information that I need

However, My question is: How can you export the information from SAP to an Excel file that includes the "processing log" information within the Excel sheet?.

I know that you can export data to an excel sheet by saving it to a spreadsheet however that does not have all the data that I require,

Hi Kelvin,

In vl03n or any transaction where you see processing log after an output type is processed, there is an option to print

After that on the next screen, make sure to tick "new spool request" and continue

this will download this data in spool and through sp01 you can view and download it.

this is one option.

other option is to read via FM READ_TEXT. Contact your ABAPer for the same, he will help you on the selection parameter for the same.
