I am setting up and new tax authority in our system (for Utah), but taxes are not being deducted. When I run the sim with log on I am receiving a BSI message: 4101 CAN NOT PROCESS DUPLICATE RESIDENT STATE.
I seen some posts reference note 905988, but this note is very old and says 'not relevant' in SNOTE.
We recently upgraded BSI Tax Factory (10.e.1 tub 041).
Any ideas ...?
